Double-hand Poker is a current game with old origins. Based on the ancient Chinese domino game and the current American adaptation of poker, Pai Gow poker combines the eastern with the west in an excellent game for new players.
Pai Gow is a poker game that puts the player against the dealer, unlike the majority of other poker games that players play with other gamblers. By wagering against the dealer, beginning players don’t need to be concerned about any other, more knowledgeable people winning their money.
A further Pai Gow edge is the relatively leisurely game pace, beginners will be able to take their time and strategize while not having to make quick selections.
It is also simpler to wager on for an extended time with basically a little amount of cash after all, to not win, each of your hands must be lower than each of the houses hands.
Pai Gow uses 53 cards; the familiar 52-card standard deck and a single joker. The player is assigned seven cards faces showing and the house gets 7 cards faces hidden.
A 5 card hand and a two card hand must be made from the 7 cards dealt, the 5 card hand must be better than the 2 card hand. To win, a player is required to have both of his hand values to be better than the casino’s.
